Compare NEVO and Qiyuan Q05 Quotations on the Same Basis

The lowest Q05 quotation may not describe the same vehicle or include the same work. A buyer needs to compare one clearly identified package with another, including condition and evidence gaps. Keep the global NEVO BEV and earlier Qiyuan PHEV in separate rows unless the decision is explicitly about choosing between those families. Do not let an attractive total hide an unresolved specification, repair or delivery responsibility.

Compare Q05 export quotations by generation, market specification, condition evidence, included services and unresolved repair costs before choosing an offer.

01

Establish what each offer actually identifies

Create a row for each candidate containing VIN or its current identification status, family, market, grade, steering side, production year, registration status and mileage basis. Mark an unallocated stock offer as unallocated rather than inventing a VIN or treating sample images as its condition record. State whether the supplier can still substitute the vehicle and when the final identity must be confirmed. The Q05 sourcing guide defines a useful brief before quotations arrive. Keep different powertrain families visible: a PHEV and BEV can be compared as alternative ownership routes, but not as the same specification at different prices.

02

Normalise the equipment and market specification

For global BEV offers, establish the applicable motor-power document and grade before comparing totals. Use the 99 kW versus 120 kW guide and market equipment checks where the offer involves those references. Record supplied keys, charging equipment and essential functions. A feature that cannot be demonstrated is not automatically absent, but neither should it be counted as confirmed value. Ask the supplier to separate factory equipment from added accessories. Preserve exceptions in the comparison and avoid speculative premiums based solely on a trim name or a translated listing description.

03

Compare inspection evidence before repair allowances

For a used candidate, record the inspection date, scope and any unresolved findings concerning structure, battery, charging or PHEV mechanical systems. Distinguish a documented issue from an area that was not inspected. Use the Q05 battery-health guide for traction-battery evidence and PHEV powertrain checks where appropriate. Do not assign arbitrary repair deductions to an undiagnosed warning light or a questionable health percentage. Obtain a qualified assessment and a usable repair quote first. A lower purchase figure without evidence can transfer uncertain risk to the buyer rather than represent a measurable saving.

04

Align the commercial and logistics boundaries

Write down what each quotation includes: vehicle, inspection, preparation, inland movement, export handling, freight and any other agreed services. Record currency, validity, payment milestones, delivery point and named exclusions. Treat destination taxes, port costs and registration separately where they are not included or not confirmed. The Q05 landed-cost worksheet keeps those lines distinct. Do not assume matching trade-term abbreviations guarantee identical service responsibilities; ask for the actual scope in writing. A useful comparison preserves the assumptions used for each line and identifies which items still require destination advice or a carrier quotation.

05

Attach a support and repairability decision

A condition issue only becomes a manageable budget item when the correct part and repair route can be established. Refer to the VIN-based parts guide for fitment, availability and installation scope. Where app access or regional services matter, record the supported transfer outcome rather than assuming connectivity has a universal value. Add an explicit uncertainty column instead of hiding unresolved items inside a generous contingency. Do not manufacture resale forecasts, replacement costs or lead times without evidence. A buyer may prefer a clearer support route over a lower headline price, but that trade-off should be tied to the actual requirements and quotes.

06

Make the approval explain the trade-off

Summarise why the selected candidate meets the fixed requirements and what exceptions the buyer accepts. Keep the dated quotation, evidence references and corrective-work scope together. If both offers remain incomplete, request the missing evidence instead of forcing a ranking from prices alone. Update the comparison when the VIN, condition, freight scope or payment instructions change. Independently verify the contracting entity and beneficiary through an established route; a comparison sheet is not payment authorisation. Use the Q05 quotation request to send fixed and flexible requirements. Final approval should state what has been verified, what remains uncertain and who handles each remaining item.

07

Buyer approval checklist

Use these fields as a candidate-specific decision record. Assign each unresolved item before approving payment or shipment.

  • Candidate identity and status comparable
  • Equipment and market differences visible
  • Condition evidence distinguished from assumptions
  • Delivery inclusions and exclusions aligned
  • Open risks and buyer exceptions recorded

Compare NEVO and Qiyuan Q05 Quotations on the Same Basis: buyer questions

Is the lowest headline Q05 price the best offer?

Not necessarily. Compare identified specification, condition evidence, repair support and the same delivery scope.

Should I deduct a guessed battery replacement cost?

No. Obtain a qualified diagnosis and applicable repair quote before treating an uncertain symptom as a fixed deduction.
