HOW WE WORK

A Q05 Sourcing Process Built Around Identity

The first responsibility is to establish which Q05 a buyer is considering. The 2026 global battery-electric NEVO Q05 and the earlier China-market plug-in-hybrid Qiyuan Q05 require different specification, inspection, charging and import checks.

01

Define

We record destination, steering side, propulsion, year, condition, quantity, budget and delivery boundary before requesting vehicles.

02

Shortlist

Candidate records keep VIN, documents, seller terms and current images together so different vehicles cannot be confused.

03

Inspect

New vehicles receive identity and pre-delivery checks. Used vehicles add structure, battery, charging, software and PHEV mechanical evidence.

04

Export

Commercial approval names one VIN, one condition record and a clear scope for inland transport, export, shipping and handover.

Evidence at every stage

Public listings and representative photographs help identify possibilities, but they do not prove ownership, condition, current availability or destination eligibility. We request dated, vehicle-specific evidence before a buyer makes an approval decision. Specifications are qualified by generation, market, model year, trim and VIN.

Commercial responsibility

Quotations state their validity and delivery boundary. We do not present indicative stock, brochure range, unverified inspection claims or destination taxes as guarantees. Import requirements and local registration remain subject to current destination-country advice.

Operating entities

The service is supported by PANDA AUTOMOBILE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED in Hong Kong and Henan Fanshi International Trade Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou, China. Buyers can use the inspection file and export guide before requesting a vehicle.

What we will not assume

A listing is not treated as current stock until the seller provides dated evidence. A brochure number is not treated as the candidate's specification without market and VIN confirmation. Displayed range is not a battery-health result, and a charging connector image does not establish destination compatibility. Import duty, registration and connected services are not guaranteed from experience in another country.

Buyer control points

The buyer receives clear decisions at shortlist, inspection, contract and loading stages. Unresolved items remain visible rather than being buried in a general description. Payment instructions should be verified through an independently confirmed route, and beneficiary changes should never be accepted only from an email or messaging request.
